Where It Started
Before selling luxury homes, I spent five years liquidating over $1 billion in bank-owned properties for JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America during the foreclosure crisis. I learned what drives markets, how to move difficult assets, and what negotiation really looks like under pressure. That foundation shaped everything that came after.
A Detour That Wasn't
I stepped away from real estate to pursue nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and serve families at Children's Hospital Colorado. That chapter wasn't a detour, it was training. It taught me how to listen without judgment, perform under pressure, and put someone else's needs ahead of everything else. Skills I bring to every transaction.
